1.) This decal is customizable. Please stay within the layout of the example photo. Be sure to CLEARLY provide the company name, days & hours of operation, along with the phone number, and website in the personalization box. We do not assume you mean something other than what you write. If you put "Mon. - Fri. 8am-5pm", that is what we will put on the decal.

Also, these are size constraints so If you try to put a list of information on one line, it will affect the default sizes and look. If you try to add more rows than what is shown, it will affect the size. In this instance, we will try to fit your information as best we could to fall within the size you selected. If this is a PROBLEM, message us with your details BEFORE purchasing. If the amount of information provided is too excessive (like if someone is trying to get 2 decals out of 1) we will just cancel the order.

We receive a large amount of orders from different platforms including in-person store orders, therefore, we do not automatically send a proof with each one. If you would like one, simply ask.

2.) Our decals are created to be installed on the OUTSIDE OF YOUR WINDOW. If you wish to install this from the inside facing out (not recommended) please inform us of that in the personalization box by writing " MIRROR".

3.) Please note that sizes are approximate due to the possibility of having more rows if your hours vary each day of the week. If this is a problem, please provide us with your days/hours before purchasing and we can provide exact dimensions.

4.) This is a single color decal, there is no background. We use a high quality, outdoor grade vinyl.

Decals are made in and shipped from the U.S., they are made of Computer Die-Cut 6-7 year Exterior Vinyl. All decals are shipped masked and ready for application, they can be placed on any flat, clean, outer surface on exterior items as well as interior items.

This decal can be applied to any clean smooth surface. Application instructions are included for an easy installation.
