Decals are made in and shipped from the U.S., they are made of Computer Die-Cut 6-7 year Exterior Vinyl. All decals are shipped masked and ready for application, they can be placed on any flat, clean, outer surface on exterior items as well as interior items.
This decal can be applied to any clean smooth surface. Application instructions are included for an easy installation.

Excellent product, seller went the extra mile customizing it for me. Thank you! Am adding to my review after applying the decal -- just LOVE it! Now, my husband and I are first-timers and we did not do the job perfectly (we watched videos but no substitute for experience). We ended up with a few wrinkles and bubble in the first 8 inches we pressed down (minimized with a pin prick and blow dryer). BUT that's on us, and unless you are within a few feet and inspecting it, the flaws are hard to see. Very happy with how this custom black and blue version dresses up our all-white Ram 2500 (not the truck the decal is designed for but works around the Ram emblem).
