There is no background in the decal, the background is whatever surface you place decal on!
Decals are made in and shipped from the U.S., they are made of Computer Die-Cut 6-7 year Exterior Vinyl. All decals are shipped masked and ready for application, they can be placed on any flat, clean, outer surface on exterior items as well as interior items.
This decal can be applied to any clean smooth surface. Application instructions are included for an easy installation.

Quality of decal was ok, but fit was incorrect to the shape of the sunroof. Tried trimming it into shape, but after a while gave up and ordered from another vendor.
